I think they've developed a brilliant system for this woman. Her team lets her be happy and comfortable (big time emphasis on comfort) while she's not promoting an album.

However, the closer and closer Britney Spears gets to an album release, the more and more polished she'll start looking. She's a commodity that her team knows how to manage perfectly.

I wish she would be happy, comfortable and polished at the same time
