im loving the red dress trend. i also notice alot of floral prints from designers like balenciaga, prada... also the androgenyous style is in alot of collections

Colorwise I am loving the nude and dirty pallets!
Im no fan of the super wide leg, unless its really fittet over the hips! But I think the floral trend, and new romance with tecno-boho is magnificent!

thej i totally agree about the nude pallets and chiffony romantic dresses mixed with a futuristic look. i also love the sheer socks with sandals like in john gallianos collection, it gives sexy shoes some girlishness

Spring/Summer 2008 Denim trends?

Okay, so I'm looking at People magazine Style Watch issue (april 2008)
And on pg 108 they're saying that different types of denim clothing are "back"
denim tops, shirts, dresses and long skirts.

Is this trend really back?

I've owned this old Juicy Denim dress probably since 2001, and i think it saw the light of day twice, and its been banished to the back of my closet since...
should I start pulling it out and dusting it off?

mine fits me fairly tightly down the body, with a flare at the bottom where it gets a little ruffley (is that a word?)

Anyways, is this back? or is People magazine trying to toy with my emotions?

hahah..shall I go out and find a pair of osh kosh b'gosh....I might still have mine from when I was 3 yrs old....I dont think they'll fit

i think chanel did a denim faded story either for spring or autumn 08 not sure which and at the time i did think it would become a trend.

it may be one of those trends that look horrible to start with and then they start growning on people.. Remember when the mini came back in after all those years, it took time to take off but it did in the end!

chanel did loads of denim for ss08, mainly high waisted & heavily decorated trousers
