Please let's not! I pretty much harrased them over couture FW 0809 but it was too late...but then couture SS 09 happened and they had a detailed video online after like 2 weeks! So I think they've learned their lesson When there still are no detailed vids in 3-4 months, then it's time to start e-mailing I think...it always takes some time for them to upload the detailed version. It's been like that for 6 years now, so...

telling them about the bad quality of their videos,
I dont understand why they launched a new site with a full screen pixelated video
when the real size of the video is the old small size.

They have a lot to learn about Chanel site,
I think is the best of the web, because the cinematography quality
the perfect lights, the coverage with interviews and detail video is a beautiful work.

Why do you think dear guys?
