I just bought the metallic rose one in large, the vintage one with the zipper , forgot whats it called aghhhh ....they had it in navy metallic and rose, i opted for the rose...i was going to get the brown metallic flap but it wasnt yet avaliable! =(

I am absolutely in love with the classic flap... I'm scared if I buy it ppl will think that it's fake because I'm a student... and i wont be eating for the rest of the year... For those that own one.. For those people that own it.. what kind of looks do you tend to get from other people is it envy or it's so fake look?? I guess if you know it's real it shouldn't matter what ppl think..

Firstly, when you wear something whether its fake or authentic, you wear it for your own self , your own "being" not for others. So why would you want to waste money soley to please the eyes of ppl who would never be pleased in the first place?=)
Secondly, to be honset i dont find it so much fun seeing 12 and 13 year olds carrying designer bags nor even the gossip girl group of girls, its my personal thought. I think every age should live their own age and enjoy it, so no hurry to grow up=)
Thirdly, flaps are classics, they never go out of style you can carry them in 20 years they are the best investments one could go for. My mother has chanel bags that are so vintage , i get asked so many times where i got them from...so in a nutshell they are never out of fashion=)
and you can wear it , evening or day look depening on how you wear it and how you dress up=)

^ this is the Chanel ligne cambon line and I think it is from around 2005- unsure of the price as it was not part of the classic collection,b ut I am guessing it was around $1600 +. I really do think this model will be a very hard bag to come by.

so i went to the Chanel store on Robertson today and I checked out the black cavier tote..it isn't a new style but i still want it. It's $2125. Gonna try and get it this week..its so fabulous...The Grand Shopper...wish I had a camera to take pics.

^I believe that's the Chanel Biarritz bag in black crocodile...it's really huge, probably around weekender size.
Can't locate the exact meaurements though.
