Chanel S/S 10 Paris

It's very charming; the farm setting, Christmas decorations and all. I think that's what invited me in to liking the clothes a bit more than I usually would.

I don't know, I feel like Karl made an extravegant set to distract us from the cheesy, mediocre clothing...Total dissapointment.

Does anyone else find the leg tattoos so chavy and just plain gross.

There is no one not even Karl who could make me want to wear clogs.

I love most of the dresses and the suit jackets. Bags not so much.

Whenever I read Marie Antoinette's farm house I think "was it in Sofia's movie cause I can't remember".

^ yeah, it was sofia's movie, though it's probably not your fault you can't remember it seeing as the movie itself was more like a 90 minute video clip full of pretty things rather than piece of reputable cinema.

I quite like everything except those vile shoes, please, not those shoes again!

Except for the setting and finale I didn't find anything to remember.

I liked the 'tattoos,' and am wondering if they'll be sold ... agree about the clogs, they were pretty much the only thing I didn't like.

I was just reading about Petit Trianon the other day, and how Marie Antoinette had her lambs perfumed  I'm sure she would have been happy to use Chanel No 5 had it only been invented ...

I think this proves that even when Chanel makes clogs, they will never be fashionable!!!

apart from the hideous shoes, i like the collection, its young, youthful, wearable, and the whole show had a sense of humour, which made it enjoyable! and i loved the fact that the models had personality and were smiling, no more death stares!!!

it is a lovely collection, but by now i have not fallen in love with it.

OMG I was thinking about Marie Antoinette as well when i saw this collection!
She loved rustic and very romanticised life in the country and i thought 'Marie Antoinette, eat your heart out!' looking through the collection:smile:

i think i fell in love with the show! not sure if the whole show, but i loved the clothes! especially the colours!
the dresses were to de for! thought i'm not a hundred percent sure about the shoes... but some bags, for example, this one♥:

#247

ohhhhh!I'm not sure which is the best of the season between Chanel and Lanvin(mind you that Lanvin is my favorite all the time:(D and is there some possibility of Freja and baptiste???

i dont really like the farm things of the show but the little dress of IRINA is soooo CUTE!!!!

This is why I love Chanel.... It's gonna be an expencive season this time, 'cause I wanna have all the men pieces!!!
