If people look at collections through the eye of the editor and the reviews then you have no sense of fashion nor do you have a devoted "passion for fashion" as most people are accustomed to saying.

I was interested in the leather bolero in look 46 and just found out that the price is $11,800USD. WHY WHY WHY!!!!!!!!! help

Those are good prices! Somebody should get them!
I’ve always found this collection funny. It wasn’t Karl’s best. Actually it was maybe his weakest that year but I’ve always liked it. It was supposed to be about America with the 990€ Jeans (I still remember the price) and then it was 1940’s. It looks so under-styled now for a Chanel show. FW2008 had no accessories but it was styled. Some looks are just a dress, shoes and earrings here lol.
And that ankle bag! I only saw people wear that bag in 2008, at Chanel shows. It was funny but it felt so ridiculous because it had no use…But I guess it was an anticipation for micro bags!
The campaign with Claudia was fabulous (even if unrelated to America)!
