I actually love some of the ivory/champagne colored opening looks, very chic.

The draping is gorgeous too, but no matter how beautiful the clothes may be or how luxurious they are they still lack any visible shred of Gaultier.

Where's the wit, the seduction, the twist? I know it caters to a very strict sort of clientele, but something a bit more than expensive ready to wear is very much needed at Chez Hermes.

Some of the prints are nice, but overall, I'm very unimpressed. This is a bland, boring collection, and coming from Hermes....hm. I am not a fan this season.

Lovely colours but this whole collection is cultural appropriation at its absolute worst. I don't mind when designers are inspired by other cultures but this is just straight with very little elaboration or imagination.

Disappointing.

At least the indian theme from JPG Couture found an outlet (too bad not hot Maharaja closed this show, lol).

I mean, JPG was quite indian too, oriental to be precise, but this shows it clearer cause it's cut in more clear lines.
