I find the mono colour interesting as it follows Balenciaga in the idea of ensemble. Something we haven't seen for many decades. The idea of matching coat and shoes for example. It takes a lot of will to do that (designer and customer alike). It also shows a certain amount of taste and discipline. The Italians are the natural bests for matching shades and textures in an outfit. The complete opposite from all those cheap imported separates.
Mind you it always doesn't translate but that's beside the point...
