Hi guys, I need to ask you some questions, I'd like to buy a silverado and I 'd like to know:
1) does silverado bag comes in in other kinda leather than python?
2) dose silverado bag come in pink r silver or gold?
3) in how many sizes comes?

1) yes, it comes in calf leather as well
2)There are a few gold versions released for the silverado, the first I recall was for S/S 2005. I do remember a pewter python silverado, but no pink afaik, though there are red silveradoes.
3)If you are talking about the classic silverado style only (I referring to the style in SoCal's pictures above), it's available in a small, medium and large. Chloe has also branched out into other silverado styles, like the silverado doctor's bag, the satchel, etc

Had a silverado "moment" today...trying to decide who to keep...large black tote, large chocolate tote, large olive hobo...
Would use tote for work/travel...hobo for "beat-around" bag...

brown. the olive is a funny color (i won't tell you what it reminds me of) and the black doesn't bring out the richness of the leather like the brown.
edit: i just remembered though that you have a LOT of dark brown bags. so maybe black to mix it up a bit.

Now...to make this more difficult...I also have a large black Gladys bag...
In her favor, she in very funky...against her, she is not comfortable to wear on the shoulder and is much heavier than the silverado bags...I will be travelling to Italy for pleasure and China for work soon...I think the silverado tote would make a great work bag for China...
What to do...what to do...? Let's say I can keep two of the bags pictured. And yes, I have the chocolate python, but don't let her impact your advice (she is an absolute keeper!).

my vote for black gladys and the brown chocolate silveard with your leopard.

hm, that's tough. i prefer the funkiness of the gladys but not the handheld part -- the silverado would be a better travel bag. but for everyday, if i had to choose between the two i think i would choose the gladys but that's primarily because i'm not a big fan of the leather silverados (love the pythons though).
Can you put files etc into those silverados?
I like the style of the olive but the color may not be too practical. I think its probably the same as my med gladys?
I think the black and brown are both nice. Since you have a lot of brown bags maybe go for black? Did NM have any other color choices? Maybe the tan in the large?

I would say yes to files in the silverado tote...she is about 13.5" across inside with the side snaps clasped.
Olive hobo is more "green" than the olive Gladys (she is more medium olive green than the yellow green she appears to be in the pics above).
I did see various silverado iterations in black, chocolate, gold, blue, tan...
I am really a brown or black girl in terms of the tote...

SoCal, I would keep the black gladys and the chocolate silverado tote.
The black gladys is so funky and different from the silverado tote.
Since you'll have to decide between the black and brown tote, I'll vote on the brown since it brings out the details of the black better!

Thanks for the feedback, all! Quite interesting, I posted on Purse Forum as well. Feedback from both sites is in full support of the chocolate silverado tote, so I have the black packed up and ready to return. Now...you all are not too sure about the olive...PF gals are "raving" about the olive...so brought DH into the mix. DH likes the chocolate tote much better than the black. Like you all, he is not sure about the hobo...he likes the color, but is not sure about the style. DH does not quite understand Gladys. I have not figured out whether to keep her or sell her yet... I really like her. She is a big, bad, funky bag...maybe too much for me? Not sure, I really wish her handles were a bit longer...then it would be love!
