Woah, that is a show full of ugly stuff... looking at it now it feels even more kitschy than it did back then. Looking back, his downhill started at that time... I think the Japan themed couture (from which this collection was a version) was his last collection with any soul in it.

Still an amazingly beautiful show. Even if it seems "dated" I think you just have to appreciate this kind of show on its own. It's hard to imagine that this was a RTW show because each piece looked so special.

Until today it's one of my favourite fashion shows ever. I adore the couture references, the origami pieces, the fur, the music, the casting. Ah, it's just divine. Such great memories.
