Yesterday: 1 hour 15 minutes power walk with the dog. :wink:
Today: nothing yet, I've just gotten up. :P

I feel so exhausted now. HAHAH.
 
Jumping Jacks in throughout the day. When you're waiting for you pasta water to boil (maybe I just shouldn't eat pasta in the first place) when you wake up, when you get bored. They never fail.

Jumping jacks FTW!!! :D
