Daily Exercise

^^Awesome workouts everyone! Keep em up!

1 hour on treadmill- 7.0 avg. speed
2.0 avg. incline
1.5 hrs. yoga
100 pushups
100 situps
 
I've been doing as follows for weeks now... starting to get bored of it!
(but it's been working wonders so I'll stick to it fora while I guess :blush: )


before breakfast:
- 400x jump rope

in the evenings:
- 100 various ab crunches
- 15 mins squats/lunging
- 15 mins arm sculpting

When it's a school day (most days), I wake up really early and hit the gym as soon as it opens. I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then swim as many lengths as I can in 30 minutes. Then I walk to school, which takes about 20-25 minutes.
After school, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I go to the gym for about an hour and a half. On other evenings I have other extra-curricular activities to do, or work to do at a charity shop I volunteer in, so I'm pretty busy. I do 100 ab crunches and then the plank until I get tired before I go to bed.

At the weekends, I go to the gym every Saturday afternoon for a couple of hours, and I'm in the local tennis club, so I go there on Sunday mornings.
 
15 min elliptical.
15 min treadmill.
15 min biking.
Different types of sit ups (120) and other machines for the abs.
Different arm sculpting exercises.
 
I'm not a very sporty person, but in summer I find it much easier to do some exercises that are fun.
At the moment I bike around the lake every other day (ca. 20km) and go for a swim in the lake afterwards. It's fun and I can already feel the positive effects of it. Now let's hope it'll stay warm for a while so I can keep doing that for the rest of the summer. ^_^
