45min swimming
, but I'm planning to start going every day next week, to shape up and gain some more weight 
What do you enjoy the most ? I used to do just like you but not in the same day, it'd be 45 min of swimming today, 2-3 hours of gym tomorrow, alternated, the whole week. But then stopped with gym, it was making me loose much time and sometimes I'd get some pains in my backs. I think swimming is the best sport for me.
