Daily Exercise

I just started Bikram yoga (my second day actually), and boy is it challenging. Usually, I practice Hatha, but I decided to try Birkram after a suggestion from a friend.
 
I had to cut my morning workout short because my legs were burning, probably from not stretching + lactic acid but:
15 min cardio
10 min cable cross
10 min stretch
 
Swimming for 30-40 mins, I didn't keep very good track of the time! Too busy thinking about how good the sauna/jacuzzi would be afterwards ^_^
 
running in snow and playing around with my dog about 1hour + all rest walks with him together ít makes about 4hours.

also I did go to bodystep 1hour and bodypump 1hour.

I was pretty exhausted after all that!
 
15 minutes on the elliptical; 15 minutes on the treadmill; hour of weights and sit-ups, lunges, etc.
