20 min incline interval run.
Abs.
Twist back extensions.
Tricep press.
Overhead seated row.
 
walking around the neighborhood for errands: approx 3 miles
walking to and from yoga: 2 miles
yoga: 1.5 hours
& I hauled a bag of hay for my gpigs up a 1/2 mile hill. :D
 
90 mins hot yoga
45 mins walk
6 mins solid sprinting to the train
20 min swim
running errands in the city this morning
