I didn't keep tabs on the number of minutes for which I worked out. Anyway.
I was hard-pressed for time, and knew I couldn't follow my usual minute-based workout regime. Do you think it works better counting calories or minutes? Is there a plan to follow or?
Very distracting. But some at my gym only ever count calories, and they tell me they can't wrap their heads around the idea of working out without actually knowing how much they've burnt.
But I can see where they're coming from, because when one keeps an eye on the number of calories one is burning, it sort of puts a quantitative construction on their workout.
