I'd love to see her wedding dress....definitly not the classic virginal white princess gown that's for sure.

Me too- I hope they make the pictures public.

I think she is so beautiful. And her costumes are unparalled. She is also a natural blond.

Dita is gorgeous! It was said in some magazine, I forget which, that she was Marc Jacobs muse. He adores her and they have a very close relationship. Marilyn Manson always dates the hottest girls! (Rose Mcgowan, now Dita!)

Seated at far right, watching a show. B)

She's great

funny thing is, i've met her. very nice girl. i met her about 2 years ago when i was out in LA going to a swing dance event called Camp Hollywood.

she dances too and she helped get a bunch of friends of mine dance parts in Manson's 'Mobscene' video. they got to recreate the dance scene from the 1930's movie Hellzapoppin' which Manson likes so much for the 'violent' aspects of it. i think he missed the reason for that particular scene but oh well.

you shoulda see her decked out in the her vintage 20's evening gowns. STUNNING! or even on 1930's collegiate night with the pencil skirts and letter sweater. she has one of THE best collections of vintage pieces i've ever seen.

An older picture (at Frost French ss2005) with Pearl Lowe. I love her blouse!

At Step-Up's Fourth Annual "Fashion Forward" Luncheon (nov 2004) I'm not too fond of the glasses and hat, but the outfit as a whole looks lovely.

With Jade Jagger at Garrard Bond Street Launch Party (sept 2003) So much fun! :woot:

She looks like a 1930's starlet plucked right out of the cinema and planted into the present. She pulls off the look so effortlessly. She's just amazing. I love that second picture of her, she is stunning.

well if she does what i do -- and alot of us hardcore dancers used to do this when it was cool to dress up in the period when we went out dancing and stuff (no not that zoot suit crap and suspenders crap). we'd hit up every vintage store and thrift shop; become friendly with owners so theycould alert us when something really good came in and when your out of town you also search the vintage stores there. i can't remember a time where i was out of town and didn't go vintage shopping. i know its hard to find good stuff in LA from that period because its all picked over from the dancers up there. if you do they jack up the prices really high. oh and there's always ebay

in addition to that, i've copied some of my vintage shirts and attempted pants and blazers, because alot of the pieces you find are in such fragile condition that even trying to try them on would deteriote them. i found a pair of wool oxford baggies (those really, really wideleg pants that were popular in the 20's) that were deadstock and even those ripped when i tried to wear em.
