the photo prints are lovely! and i'm actually finding some of the more separate silhouettes quite refreshing from dries.

I find this collection so much more refreshing than his fall collection, which I felt was too dark and muddled. Thank god for Paris!

So beautiful  I love it. It doesn't happen that often that I fall in love with a Dries collection right away (but I do end up loving everything he does eventually) but this is too gorgeous. The prints are amazing!

I could do without the lace pieces but these prints! I take it all back!, they're beautifully done.
And this skirt.. unlike anything we've seen this month.
Not sure this is anywhere near my top favorites from him, I certainly need to warm up to quite a few numbers but I like the direction he took this time, it's very commercial (like most of his summer collections) but there's something very forward about it.

I love all the night sky/city lights, Circus Circus pieces. There are some really great looks in here...it's not my favorite from Dries, initially at least.

However, I really do think the venue detracts so much from the collection. His last few shows have been so great, and the venue does nothing but enhance and support the clothing. This all white runway gives the effect of a Lincoln Center tent show.

wow. how to dress a woman without overdressing a woman. photo prints are wonderful. if i had to say one thing i dont like (secondary impression...i think the peplum aprons arent flattering at all) it would be the bell apron pieces except on the sleeves of the dresses thats where it works impeccably.

i sense the shoulders are important here, both bold and soft... and i am thrilled he used the tied waist again, i always liked that. i kind of get a spanish tone to this collection.

beautiful collection. I really enjoy it and prefer this over last fall collection. The shape is really good and I always feel like Dries know how to make a woman really chic and outstanding without trying to hard or calling for attention. Plus, those prints are really beautiful and the jacket on Liu Wen is killer. Finally, Paris lights up the fashion week.

i always prefer downtown dries to uptown but this taps into both realms, perhaps a bit more uptown, but with a hand in the pocket.

I enjoy some of the more innovative pieces (the jacket and skirt, for example), but the colours really make this collection fall flat for me. There's just too much... charcoal. Would have preferred some variation there.. I do like some of the prints though.

Oh wow... Dries really did it for me this time. My favorite collection so far

Where's the mix of sleek, minimalistic, masculine pieces that I've come to love and expect from him? Thankfully everything else is still there -- sturdy fabrics, great tailoring, gorgeous embroidery. The prints are brilliant, love the clash of outdoors and city coming together exquisitely; although I definitely could have done without the pieces with printed words on them... that small element slightly cheapens an otherwise beautiful and classy collection.
