^ thanks so much for that. it's really beautiful, in fact, i think edie looks nicer on film than in pictures. i wonder how the film's going to turn out, i don't think sienna looks a bit like her.

^ Amazing amazing... I wish i lived in the sixties
Edie looks beautiful on video...

Doesn't she? :crush:
I've watched it like three times already... I want to take a holiday to the sixties.

and musegirl I don't think Sienna looks like her either! I'm disappointed with the choice, honestly... *sigh

I loved that video! The music went so perfectly. She looks so happy. And I love the shots of her skipping in Central Park with no shoes.

I figured as much, babydoll :flower: I knew the person who made the myspace page couldn't have made it herself, she just posted it, so since I found it on there, I wanted to share it here. Thanks for the original source though - much appreciated!

^No problem. The girl on fire site has really good HQ pictures of her, they make good backrounds for your computer!

i love that video...she seems so happy and care-free....but i cant help but feel sad after watching it......

I clicked on the link, but can't find the video...
do you have to belong to myspace to see it?

I was at an old book store last week and totally randomly saw "Edie: An American Biography" in the sale bin for like four bucks. I haven't been able to put it down.
I always thought her life was just glamour and glitz and excess etc. but I am just shocked by how dark and tragic her life was from childhood. It's heartbreaking.

when i read edie:american girl, i thought, how cool is her sense of style, but at the same time it made me a little sad to know that it came from such a sad place because of the unfortunate events that were happeing in her life at that time...but nevertheless, she has influenced the scope of fashion in recent trends. i even cut my hair short when i was reading the book back in 2001!

Here are some more pictures of her, sorry if any have been posted...

This movie is soooo stupied! Aren't Bridgit and Richie Berlin really involved in it though? I don't understand why they would let them make it this way!
