I just loved her accent! People don't talk that way anymore, it's so unfortunate, even ones raised like Edie in a more upper class background...they all talk like they were raised in the valley. I was watching Beauty #2 and it was nice to hear how she spoke, very proper.

I agree, it wasn't snobby but it had a rhythm that no one seems to have anymore. I notice it in old movies sometimes and I just love it.

I tried to bid on it, this fragment of Edie memorabilia is priceless, (although I'm not able to afford "priceless" items yet) it reached 26.50. I hope that whoever wins it, will at least scan the article.
