I find Edition 24 another title from wwd is
"YSL to Unveil Lower-Priced Brand, Edition 24"
So that its a brand by YSL, not a series by YSL, right ?
Dy definition, it's very different between series and brand.

how these european houses suffer because of the monetary policies of the governments host them. as long as the dollar remains this week and the euro and pound this strong, they're going to have to continue to have to brainstorm on ways to find cheaper offerings for our market. while i think this lower price-pointed line may have european appeal, it's still expensive here in america. a working twentysomething or thirtysomething's not going to dole out a thousand bucks on a non-signature item in this country. they'll save that money for a flirty oscar de la renta dress or a smart donna karan collection separates. hell, for a thousand bucks you could get proenza schouler on sale.

honestly, the three hundred dollar tee shirt -- much like the four hundred dollar pilgrim belt and oh-so-delicious two hundred dollar jewelry -- make more sense to clinch incremental revenues than this collection. perhaps pilati should take a lesson from his predecessor and develop a couple of best selling fragrances and find another must-have bag at a price point american girls can afford.
