Emmy Rossum

So I've decided that I don't like that editorial as much as the one from German Glamour - she looks pretty - she's got a body for clothes and I love her hair, but they've got her doing some facial expressions that I really dislike. But other than that, the clothes look good. If I get a chance and figure out the scanner on my new desktop, I'll scan, but you might be able to see them quicker at emmy-rossum.net.

A couple of her recent 'Phantom of the Opera' premiere pics..

I acknowledge that she's a gorgeous girl but her style isn't exactly groundbreaking

Not crazy about her style, a little too safe, but she's pretty and obviously talented. She reminds me of a mix between Audrey Tatou (sp?) and Anne Hathaway, both of whom I like immensely. She was good in that Day After movie.

I love her milky white complexion  Looks so much more refreshing than rest of the overtanned celebrities :flower:

I have never seen her in any movies, and at first I thought, "whats the big deal.." but in some photos she's really pretty...

Awww... I've known Emmy for a few years now, it's very funny to see people making threads about her  She's a sweet, intelligent girl, I hope she becomes famous because she's wanted a real acting career for a long time.

Aww! That's very nice to hear about her! Do you talk to her often?

The shots from Elle on www.emmy-rossum.net (sorry that I couldn't scan them)

Here are some pictures from Elle.com. Love the jewelry she's wearing. :woot:

Second that. Still, even though she is pretty and dresses good (rather safely I'd say), I find her somewhat bland... :ermm:

I just bought the Elle with her on the cover, simply because she was in it... The pictures are quite wonderful, glamorous and perfect for what I see her image as being. I haven't had the time to read the entire interview yet, but so far she does seem to be the movie star type who's is bound to succeed. I really do hope so at least!

Same here! :D The only (and I mean, ONLY) thing I disliked about her Elle spread was that she doesn't smile in it. I think she has a really nice smile and shouldn't try to seem so serious. I guess it does give off that "mature" vibe though..

I'm pretty sure that "non-smiling" thing is probably because of the photographer - they give directions as to what they're looking for.

She's the only reason I bought that Elle, too. Besides her article, I found that issue boring. The article is interesting - she definitely knows what she wants but still seems very sweet and cute.

I finally saw the Phantom yesterday, and it was horrible...
However, here's a pretty picture of her nonetheless.

LOL, I actually rather liked it - I'm more used to the Broadway cast, etc, but I think it was overall, rather enjoyable, if a bit awkward at parts, and not enough character development for my taste (fine with me, as I know the story, both the book and ALW's version, but for others who're new to the whole Phantom scene, won't get it as well. Emmy's voice got better as the film went on - I ended up being pretty impressed with her.
