Eurovision 2005

^Of course it its. But it's just a lame competition so I don't really care who wins or for what reasons. I watch because it's a tradition to do so and to spot horrendous outfits.

Hurray for Greece, being Swedish and all I'm glad she won ;) She looked good (at least for a eurovision song contest) in her Roberto Cavalli dress.
How the :censored: did Romania come in third place?

I don't like the song of Greece....but congratz to them. I like the Swedish song ,it was so retro and fun :-)

She's not swedish! She lived in Sweden!

I LOVE YOU GREECE :) It was the Euro, then the Olympics, now the Eurovision.

I'm glad to be a GREEK hehe.

Ελλαδάρα Σ'ΑΓΑΠΩ :)

Elena was born in Sweden, which makes her a Swedish citizen. She's also lived in Sweden her whole life, save the last few years when she's been working in Greece. So in what way is she not Swedish?

She's greek for God's sake. Her entire Family is GREEK. ;) She just happened to live in Sweden.

^I think that she is the only one who can deside that :flower:
I didn't care much for the greek song either, it could have been much worse though
I liked the one from Malta, Sweden, Norway, Russia, Switzerland and of course Denmark ^_^

Gosh, is it that important if she's " Greek " or " Swedish" , she won for Greece and that's it

Of course! Greek is Greek. Swedish is Swedish. Capici?

There's no mixing here. :D I'm greek as well, but unfortunately I live in CYPRUS.

I do care, not because of the eurovision, but because I found Moda Junkie's reasoning racist.

Excuse me then, I just corrected a mistake.

Anyways, she's both Swedish [brought up] and Greek [DNA].

I hope this is fine.

WE WON!!!!!!! I think we deserved that! I dont want to hear about "political reasons", cos Greece dont have so many neighbours taking part in the contest!

MY NUMBER ONE, Turned out to be the NUMBER ONE Of the Europe!

She was stunning and SO sexy in her Roberto Cavalli dress![i also liked the dress of the UK singer, Javine(?) ]

BRAVO ELENA. BRAVO GREECE......

WELL DONE!!!!!

I also liked the song of of Moldavia! Too cult..

Τι έγινε με την Κύπρο ρε παιδιά; Πώς και έτσι;

I liked Moldova too! It's sad that our singer didn't get to the final... but it's eurovision...

*cough* Cyprus, the Balkans etc....
But I'll agree with the fact that Greece was one of the only countries that deserved to win.

I was disappointed with the UK's entry. Yes it was 'different' but not in a good sense.

Am I the ONLY one here who absolutely detested the Moldova song? I'm all for 'cult' and 'camp' but this was just plain terrible.

But of course the worst part of the evening was having to listen to those awful presenters. Wogan's commentary compensated for this of course. The man's a legend:D .

Anyway, congratulations to Greece!:flower:

THANK YOU!!!

THANK YOU and for the 12 points!!!!!

Next year we expect you all in ATHENS!!!

 ELENA:heart:

Haha, the three richest countries in Europe get the least votes and people say it's not political. Apart from the Riverdance, Greece wasn't quite as dire as the rest...

What a pic!!!

She is SOOOOO Beautiful:heart:
