Britain's entry is terrible. They used the same process to find this year's act as they did with Jade Ewen, but instead of Andrew Lloyd-Weber writing and composing the song we have Eighties record producer Pete Waterman who did a terrible job, and the singer who won the competition is pretty awful too.

I quite like that entry from Georgia though.

My favorite is probably Albania and Ukraine. I also like Azerbaijan, Slovakia, Sweden, and Russia.

Semifinal on right now, but I cant see it (my tv is sh*t).
I am so embarassed by Finland It is our worst entry EVER! Maybe even worse than those legendary "tipi tii" etc. Though I love the vid on youtube where that Slovakian (?) boy is singing it And that Israeli parody is hilarious! And I must admit we had fun last weekend with my friends singing this horrible song.

So we won with 'metal' (Lordi), didnt do that good with it later on and then we went to this Euro pop (that Eurovision is all about) and finished last in the finale..now we went for this all Finnish song (too much so) since those have had some succes for other countries as well, like last year Estonia for example.

I dont think we are getting to finale, the song is too weird, and I find it hard to believe that anyone would understand it or its message than Finnish people, which is hard for us too since the language used is dialect that I hardly understand.

I just wish they wouldnt let the biggest financer countries automatically into the finals, since they are usually the worst Like UK, I cant remember when was the last time they had something decent. I would appreciate if we would be spared from hearing those dreadfull songs..

I'm kinda sad Slovakia missed the cut. It's my favorite song this year, but I'm not terribly surprised. The performance was pretty bad. She didn't sound very good and I don't even understand why they would go with such a lame presentation.

I'm most surprised at Portugal making it. It seems they always sneak in, but they never actually do well.

I could do without Greece, but I knew they were gonna make it, even with that awful song.

Well, all of my favorites got through to the finals: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belgium.
IMO, it wasn't a very tough semi-final, actually, it was kinda weak. Everyone says that Thursday's semi-final will be really strong. I hope so. And I really hope our East European Funk will make the cut and get through to the final
