bottega veneta...from wwd:

Bottega Veneta's fall ad campaign breaks ground for the brand on multiple fronts.

In the first place, legendary British photographer Tony Armstrong-Jones, better known as Lord Snowdon, who wed Princess Margaret in 1960, shot it. Famous for his portraits of artists, celebrities, politicians and, above all, the British royal family, the 76-year-old photographer zoomed in on model Inguna in a portrait style, a new approach for Bottega Veneta.

To enhance the luxury collection's shades of gray, black and brown, the images were shot in black and white in a Milan studio. The campaign also includes Bottega Veneta's new fine jewelry and furniture lines.

"Lord Snowdon is someone whose work I've long admired," said Tomas Maier, Bottega Veneta's creative director. "His sense of composition is remarkable, yet the emotional focus of the photograph is always on the individual. This is the same philosophy that Bottega Veneta brings to everything we design."

The campaign breaks in the August issues of select magazines globally.

who is that? doutzen?

Escada looks nice! I had no idea it can be so great!-after seeing that pic with red dress in the magazine....

Bottega V is a wonderful depiction of timeless elegance and the refinment we can equate to the brand; i adore the photography and the understated colour tones - its not overbearingly commercial but complimentary to the clothing on Inguna

I hate Iguana Butane - she doesn't even look like a model. On style.com and in the models street style thread theres a picture of two other models with her and the caption reads (the names of the two models) and FRIEND. lol.

I mean if style.com doesn't even recognize her as a model then that just goes to show.

The ESCADA ads are great btw. Raquel looks awesome.

I actually love the Bottega Veneta ad! It's the best I've seen so far, I think. Great for Inguna too!

Well considering style.com makes a lot of mistakes, I don't think it shows much of anything except that they're not particularly reliable ;)

That Opium with Mariacarla is scary but could not look that bad in HQ... Carolyn Murphy for Missoni smells weird and Zimmermann for Escada is lush! :D I also like Mulberry!

L'Uomo Vogue July 2006 has lots of the FW06 ads already!

I'm disappointed.... for some reason I thought she'd do more? I mean Tommy WTF? Milagros has never done Tommy before, has she? It seems like such an odd combo:blink:

I'm so excited for everything MariaCarla is doing though, particularly Givenchy again!!!!:woot: :woot:

^ Freja got 3 campaigns right now: Noir, CK and Pringle. Still, I'm disappointed she didn't get some bigger campaigns but we'll see.
yeah i know but everyoen was saying before when she just had noir how a girl with so much runway time this season got so few campaigns. i suppose it's good that now she's got CK but i'm still hoping for bigger things from her.

Not sure if this is posted or not.. Gucci limited collection with Nicolas Bemberg (the male model) .. no idea who's the girl tho
