F/W 06.07 Ad Campaigns

I was just reading some of my old vogues, and I was flipping through the August '05 US vogue with Madonna, and in the very beginning( 5 or 6th page) there was that Gucci ad with the faceless girl that was posted earlier. She's walking and the bag is by her left hip but the pic is cut off at her chin..wierd! because I thought it was new

I haven't seen Versace personally but so I was told - shoot in studio, some girls sit, some stand & really crazy hair

daria-christy-kate-angela-carolyn (i can't remember who else, i think that was it)
simple, white backdrops, kinda gucci-esque makeup/styling...
bangs with big hair...
angela looked the worst (imo)... christy looked okay, but not great - kind of angular...
carolyn looked the best i think (as far as i can remember)

Kate to be Burberry's face:

Kate Moss back with BurberryKate Moss has been welcomed back into the Burberry fold, nine months after she was dumped by the label.
The 32 year old supermodel stars in a new advertising campaign for the autumn winter 2006/2007 collections.
Moss appears in the campaign wearing a sixties style lace coat, alongside model Stella Tennant, Tennant’s daughter Jasmine and Bryan Ferry’s sons Otis and Isaac.
The campaign was shot by celebrity photographer Mario Testino.
It is a triumphant turnaround for the supermodel after Burberry initially distanced themselves from her when the scandal first broke in September last year.
However Burberry Creative Director Christopher Bailey, is a great fan of Moss and said in a previous interview that she was’ very much part of the Burberry family.’
