yup. i agree that it's Amber V.
Tasha didn't have a very wide forehead. Amber somehow did(see her Versace ad.).
I remembered seeing Tasha from S/S 06 til now, her hair is always black.

According to someone, Tasha had a brief blonde period earlier this year or something...but you bring up a great point with the forehead!
