On topic now: I think we've seen nearly all the new ads. I'm still waiting for Lanvin, Costume National, Tods, Ungaro and Lacroix. Can't think of any other 'big' campaigns not released yet..

Carolina Herrera hasn't been released yet. We don't even know who the models are for it.
