I hope a miracle will happen when the Chanel ads get printed 'cause the previews look really bad

That phone booth idea in the Chanel ad is such a gimmick and it does nothing for them, imo. It doesn't look any prettier or more cinematic. It doesn't showcase the clothes anymore. It's just like, hey lets put her in a phone booth, we haven't done that yet.

chanel's ad with freja and karl, my nightmare has become a reality. i think karl is too old, i dont think he knows what he is doing anymore.

oh the mask, that is carine's super idea. fail big time. freja is no lara. someone please save the house of chanel.

at this rate, we expect coco chanel to come out from the grave to give karl a lecture about the aesthetic of the house of chanel.

Seems like Celine is not an OG campaign, with Kirsi Pyrhonen only. According to a polish magazine Viva!MODA, Monika Sawicka shot the Celine campaign too!

I think that the Chanel campaign with the photobooth is a pretty cute idea for it. Probably it will be juxtaposed with the photo reel that comes out of it. Really pretty if you ask me.

The Chanel Ad Preview is cringe-worthy, in my opinion.

And Ed Westwick for Penshoppe? What's wrong with that really?

chanel ad looks cheap,tacky,trashy and it just looks that they are trying to hard.

IMO chanel is not anything of that,i dont know why do that to one of the most luxurious brand in the world. i mean they expect 20 yr old girls to buy chanel? because those are the kind of people that will be most atractive to those image. and freja looks more boring then ever before! and baptiste wearing women clothes is just too much for me.

Oh yeah! Brainfart... Must be for her MDG sunglasses... I hope the Main campaign is not one of the campaigns that had a reshoot.

As far as Penshoppe campaign w/ Ed. I just am not a fan of his and I find it random that they reached out to him and he accepted. Gossip Girl must be popular in the Philippines. ... I heard he liked the brand though.

lmao!!! i think they're being a tad generous using "SUPERMODEL" to describe Viktoriya Sasonkina ... whoever she is.

i wish they didn't throw that word around so easily. it takes away from the genuine supermodels status. it's like calling reality television personalities "stars". no, honey, i don't think so. or referring to Miley Cyrus and her ilk as "Divas". sorry, darlin', that title is reserved for the whitney's and barbra's of the world.

I love this thread, but it annoys me when there is so much miscommunication that people start to post information from here on other threads and websites as a fact. For example, I've seen a couple of places saying that Karlie isn't getting Dior for sure because Galliano isn't there anymore.
