what's a difference between let's say 300 000 contract and 100 000? is it their salary?

I've heard the contract just means the value of their contract. With the 300,000 contract, it means within the 3 years FORD guarantees Hyoni to earn at least that much. Or so i've heard. I don't think the contract is in actual cash value since it's just a guarantor that the agency has to earn that much for the model.

There are a few discrepancies with the article posted on the 10th page. For one Du Juan was never with FORD.
