I think the flare looks good with Heels and the tapered look good with Heels or Boots. As long as you dont have gigantic thighs.

The Culotte is really popular in San Diego, CA most of us wear them with heels, open toe or pointy toe. Its all Jessica Simpsons fault

cant find the pics of her but she wore them on "newlyweds" alot. She usually wore them with Heels or Wedges and a tank top, I personally like them with heels
