The woman once known as Ginger Spice debuted six new evening dresses as part of her new Geri by Next collection at Old Billingsgate Market in London on Wednesday. "I've been sketching everything myself and I'm thrilled with the results," the 38-year-old said. "I've had the opportunity to make dresses that are not stupidly expensive but still elegant enough to wear to an upmarket event."

The blond Brit, whose dresses start at 89 pounds, has tried designing before -- her Geri by Next swimwear collection for the retailer is on sale now. Despite its affordable price range, don't expect many chic women to be wearing Geri once it becomes available in Britain in October.

Ugh even thought they were simple dresses they looked so tacky and cheap. And the designs were pretty much the same from what I saw. I understand her doing her swim wear line but and actual fashion range?!
