I adore Leighton's accessories in post #370. She pulls it off so well. If anyone other than "Blair" tried to wear that, they'd look odd. Hilary's headband is pretty amazing as well.

from top of my mind i can think of only ONE outfit which had her boobs covered (that blue dress from the "graduation"). i get it, great body and all, but cmoe on...i really find her styling in the show to be tacky. can't help myself, sorry.

A nose job, yes.But I don't think she had her boobs done, I mean some girls are just lucky enough to have big firm boobs. check out her pre-nose-job photos back in 2005, her boobs are the same as now.
