If I didn't know and had to guess who shot the group shot I would have assumed it was shot by Meisel. Something about the group shot reminds me of his skill. I like the shot, but something about Joan's hair doesn't fit the rest of the girls.

Joan looks terrible... I can't believe her expression and their photoshop of her. She could have been left out for sure if that is how they were going to use her. It's all very catalog and boring for a Gucci campaign..

That group shot is so hot. I love everything about it. It reminds me of that Meisel cover for US Vogue a few years ago with his faves.

anyway, what a waste of a cast.. i guess this is what happens when they overuse a team of photographers during campaign season, they're so busy that they can barely come up with any interesting concept!

That (the idea) would be the best Gucci campaign in years. And just to think about Muses of Gucci by Frida, it's a wonderful idea. But then again, they probably produce something a bit duller than we all would have expected.

I hope the menswear shots are in the same vein as this. There are so many boys who's a staple on the runway & I'll be very disappointed if Frida only put one or two boys.
