Gucci F/W 2021.22 by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott

I was born in the 90s and I’m also too old to have heard of them. “I’m old, oh I’m like the crypt-keeper!” Maybe they’re just not a thing in the US yet?

Their cover of Beggin' has just started being more played the US (who knows if it will hold it) while it was really big worldwide not long ago.

The highlight of the campaign are the photos with the bags... In fact it was a gret surprise to see M&M back!

I really missed that kind of fashion campaign. Sexy and glamorous. Love love love!

f*ck yes Kristen!!! This is very likely going to be my favorite campaign of the season thanks to Kristen and Kristen alone. So in love with this ♥

Did Kristen get her lips done?

It's a pretty good looking campaign. I love the bag shots with the odalisque nudes. Gorgeous.

I will say, the video is fine, and I love that Madonna song, but there's something that's kind of a turn off for me with all these young, early twenty-somethings who are acting all kinky and yet I can't help but feel like they're the same type of people who get on Instagram, post a sl*tty selfie with a caption written like a dissertation about their sexuality like it's a clinical, chemical process that should be regulated by a strict code of YES' and NO's. It's just kind of WEIRD.

This looks like they went thought the Meisel for Lanvin archives. I'm not going to go into specifics, but it's the first thing I noticed.

Gucci bringing the sexyness back + Kristen McMenamy + Madonna's I want you as a soundtrack? I'm SO here for it. Finally.

My favorite campaign by far. Love it

By far my favorite campaign this season. For todays standards, this is f*cking amazing!

Some are very Guy Bourdin...which M&M used to copy a lot in the early 00's.

However I still like it, at least they move on.
