I think I like this then the main campaign.
And I dislike Kate buy she loom great here.

This is supposed to SELL the Jackie bag?

You see a clear shot of it a total of.....ZERO times.

And the third shot you only see the HANDLE!

Kate isnt a Gucci Girl. She doesn't even go here.

That 4th shot...seriously? It looks like a paparazzi photo. The art direction is terrible.

I think they intended it to look like a paparazzi shot. I am just so distracted by the awful clothes to notice the bag.

Every element of this campaign has seen better days, from the design of the Jackie, to the styling, to how Kate looks in each shot. It all seems so tired and mundane.

When I saw the title of this thread, what I saw in my mind's eye was not what I got.

I expected classy styling this one is random. Kate isn't not the best Gucci choic for campaign.

What are they thinking? They can't make a good campaign to save their life. This does not look luxurious nor expensive

Kate could be the face of almost every major brand.
BTW they choose her not only considering if she's a Gucci girl or not I guess..it matters for professional topmodels not for an icon like her.
They want to push a product as well and Kate really "sells" good!

Im not making the point that she COULD....Im stating that she ISNT suitable for the brand in my opinion.

I am completely aware that they chose her because of who she is, but I dont think Kate suits the current Gucci aesthetic and isnt the woman Frida is designing for.

Just because Kate Moss COULD be the face of every major brand does not mean she SHOULD.

I couldn't agree with you more Kite. These ads are awful and Kate just doesn't suit the brand at all!

are these images for in-store visuals, or is this the actual campaign?

Thank you Kite!! She suits Tom Ford's Gucci more than Frida's. And also, just goes to prove Kate + M&M doesn't always equate an enticing finished product.
