I need to know how she stays so young and fit. Amazing body, amazing style, amazing woman!

For one thing, you can tell she never tans and that keeps her skin looking younger longer. For another, you can tell she works out - a lot!! Those are probably the two main things that help to keep her young and fit. It helps that she is in a rock band, has a fun/funky sense of style, and perhaps that she's running after little kids too.
