potato is a starch. too much of it is not good. so take in moderation.
corn is starchy. it's alright. but i personally try to stay away from it. but if i do eat , perhaps only a tablespoonful of it. that's it.
*carrots is sugar. it's very healthy but take it in moderation.
Get rid of hydrogenated and high fructose.
Limit corn product intake. (It just sits in the stomach and it is why it (well, you know.)
Do not just eat fruit and vegis, you need to take in protein from either meat or some other source.

And keep them in the fridge, esp. almonds.
