Press Office Ltd is a boutique fashion PR agency that represents several domestic and international brands such as Karen Walker, Dunderdon, Lover and Levi's. We do seasonal press and sales in addition to producing special events, fashion shows and seasonal launch parties.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Daily Errands
Coordinating mailings
Data entry
Maintaining the showroom
Assisting with sample trafficking and inventory
Tracking and archiving press clippings
General administrative duties

For Fashion Week, duties will be:

Assistance in sorting and delivery of invitations
Copying, printing, and other administrative tasks
Preparing show goodie bags
General show production help
Day-of-show assistance

We feel that this is a very special firm that would be great for a student interested in developing strong communication skills along with being exposed to a very fast paced fashion environment.
This internship is unpaid.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Motivated student interested in public relations and/or marketing.

Job Qualifications:

Management skills, proper business phone manners and an understanding of digital capture/archiving are also helpful.

Job Description:
Applicant will be working as the digital technician on shoots (paid) and will also be working directly with the studio manager/producer in providing administrative/production support between shoots (unpaid). This opportunity will allow for the development and firm understanding of what it takes to produce fashion editorials and advertising campaigns from beginning-to-end, while gaining on-set experience and the knowledge of how to manage your own business. The applicant will also be organizing archived digital files during down time.
