This reminds me of going to a local hardware store and looking through that immense booklet of colour shades to paint a room in a house. I can almost smell the paint looking at these photos.
I didn't even doubt for a second that it was his inspiration. I wish he spiced it up a bit, it's so obvious that's where he got his inspiration from. It's like McQueen getting his inspiration from an extremely old and immense tree for his one collection and slightly incorporating it into the clothes. It's not like he dressed his models up to look like trees. You could tell there was inspiration from it, but it wasn't so blatantly obvious like this collection.
I don't know, of course colour sets the jovial mood but I'm not really into it for those reasons.
