Personally, I love the Brazilian version of InStyle, Estilo de Vida. It features Brazilian actresses on the cover each and every month and it is great at showcasing Brazilian style. I have been buying it every month since issue no. 1 and don't regret this a bit.

Polish edition of InStyle is being published since April 2008. They use reprints, but also do eds with Polish celebrities and models, I'd say it's 50% reprint and 50% original content. The newest issue has the first Polish celeb on the cover, Marta Żmuda-Trzebiatowska. Here are some scans:

A UK TV presenter, she presents a lot of music shows, is covered in tattoos, and is generally held to be a slightly wild girl-about-town. What I like about her is that her looks are individual to her - she almost has a witchy nose, but it adds quirkiness to her face.
