Hi, I am about to place an order w t&d for the the amethyst giant money wallet and a clutch in red. Is their amethyst comparable to the real bal color? did bal ever make the giant money wallet in amethyst?

You should go to TPF and check on that combo, do a search or should I say research. And yes NBF'S amethyst is a spot on match

Oh how I wish that NBF would make that thinner puddly leather again, which I love so much

I too prefer the thinner puddly leather of yesteryear. Luckily for me I hae a few pieces in this kind of leather. They are Amethyst Part Time w/RH, Rubisse Day w/RH, Rubisse Work w/RH, Vert Deau Work w/RH, French Blue Day w/RH, Gray Day w/RH, Black City w/RH and Apple Green Day w/RH. The thinner puddly leather is more of what Balenciaga actually uses.
