Sorry to post without pictures, but I started my DIY project today.

The bag: an NBF turquoise work with RH.

The tools: 1 bottle Fiebing's penetrating black, 1 bottle Tarrago #18 self shine.

The plan of attack: 3 coats Fiebings with 24 hours drying in between.
1 coat Tarrago.

So far the Fiebings seems to cover the plastic edging sufficiently. If it sticks, I'm happy. If not, I'll be buying some leather edging and off I go with a paintbrush.

I'll post pictures later. Hope all is well with everyone~

Crystal..info for you: (desription of Auth red Bal colors courtesy of TPF)
Sang has a slight orange undertone and also some brown in it - not really a true blue red.
Rubisse is a red. Not too bright or too deep. A perfect description for it is the color of fruit punch.

Sorry for the late reply ladies! It would have been no problem at all for me to send my nbf brief to the boys as Sliv, Coco & many others have so graciously done with their bags that were actually authentic. The boys replied to me, and others I see, that they already have the GH brief but it seems as though they are going to attempt to make the rh brief from the GH pattern. I would LOVE an rh brief so hopefully they work it out!!!

Sang authentics

Hi all,

Here's what I found on the bay tonight as far as Sang 2010.

T&D are going to send me a swatch, so once I have it, I'll find the closest nail polish match or Pantone color chip and post it.

yes, it seems they already have the GH brief. i hope they make RH as well...i would love for them to do a run of mogano once again with RH briefs, but that's wishful thinking.

placing a jacky order soon, and i may take the plunge for a ps1 medium depending on the colors. i am in desperate need of a cross-body bag.

Candy- Can you give us a modeling shot of you with your GH brief (how does it compare to the midday..pro's and cons)
Siren- Oh that mogano brief on TPF...its haunting me and I'm not even a brown person
I will take a GH brief if thats the only option..
