Hi everyone! I'm new to the board and I was wondering does anyone know of any good Gucci reps? I'm currently looking at fangfang's boston bag in the chocolate guccisima leather but I want to make sure the leather is supple...any thoughts?

i think thesiren ordered and received a Celine luggage tote and posted that she loved it and it was high quality a few pages back! unfortunately she's off on holiday so you'll have to wait for her to come back for more details!

Thanks! This is what I found for measurements: smaller-12.5 x 12 x 5 with 6 handle drop and larger-18.9 x 13 x 9 with 4.3 handle drop

FYI, I inquired Jacky about two bags and here's what he said:

• For the Celine box in large size: no
• For the Givenchy Melancholia: YES!!!!!

Still sad though, the Celine box in large size would have been cool!


By the way, the stitching on my Chanel Caviar Jumbo from Fang Fang that I barely used has fallen apart on the inside (the stitch that is visible on the top of the bag on both sides)...... I have to get it repaired Friday. I am too lazy to contact Fang but it's kind of frustrating.

Ditto. I recently became interested in the Celine luggage bag as well. Some copies look amazing. Can't wait to see pics. It's such a major "it" bag. Living in NY, I thought I was bound to see one IRL but haven't yet.

I've barely seen any sahara pics and haven't seen any sahara City pics so I'll share mine.
Look what I picked up from the Post Office today!! My new beauty, sahara RH City! OMG! Best. Leather. Ever. It is silk. It's the silkiest of all my NBFs. Truly gorgeous! It's shiny and very marbled but I'll knock that out with good 'ole LR. It's not stinky either (so far I've only had 1 stinky NBF...knock on wood). In a word, love. My neutral collection is complete now (I'll post pics of it later). The color is very close to sand and is a teensy bit darker than the pics. Pics are mine.

I only have one rep so far - an AW Coco from Catty, but I just recently placed an order with T&D for a black RH City. I've been reading this thread forever so it's a big deal for me to have FINALLY taken the plunge - it's my first Bal! Thanks to all of your info I've also become a stickler for all the correct details so I am planning on trying to get the bales dip with a pair of pliers & towel (as recommended by a couple of you a few posts back). To those girls that have done this - do you by any chance have a pic of the before/after (or just the after)? Apologies if it's been posted already and I missed it!

I'm also excited to hear feedback from you guys once this new batch ships out since I'm not sure if I will want to condition it, being new to Bbags and all.

Has anyone ever ordered and actually paid for items from NBF, and told a long time after (1.5 weeks after for me) that the items were out of stock?

Please let me know because while I love the boys and have only ever had good experiences with them, this feels rather careless of them and I wonder if its happened sometime to someone before?

I was very much looking forward to the things I ordered and I feel really disappointed that they didn't check for stock when they took my payment. I got my hopes up, and as much as I've tried I can't really find myself enjoying the alternative colours they have in stock.

I'll ask for a refund if possible, but I would have so much preferred the things I ordered instead. I know stock misinformation happens but I can't help but feel a little bit down about it.

I also received tracking numbers back from Dec. 21st that was handed over to China customs and never received them. I keep emailing and getting no response about the whereabouts of the things I ordered.

Thanks baby_yorkie, but the silver lining is that I'd know not to stalk the postie with 100% expectation that I'd get everything I wanted.

Happily, I've sorted it out with the boys and gotten close enough to what I wanted, God willing!

Another thing I wanted to ask - for those with Moutarde bags, is it just me or is the colour ridiculously hard to keep clean? Maybe it's just me, but I'm getting smudge marks all over mine from hanging the bag next to my dark jacket and I even think that the colour on the back is darker (greyish tinted tiny dots throughout) than the rest now cause I hanged it on top of my Noix bag! Hah I worn it out once and I was so paranoid I kept my arm crooked at a weird angle so it wouldn't touch my clothes I think I'm going to go crazy if I have to keep doing that.
