has anyone heard anything about another run of sandstone being done from NBF? Around the holidays they had mentioned that they were getting requests from other girls and were going to re-run the color...

is that the sandstone was offered at discounted price? if so, it's already out

Doesn't it make you tired just thinking of having to change the contents of your handbag to a bag matching the color of your outfit for the day?

Do you think this lady might need a "bailout" after all thes authentic bag purchases.

no - they distinctly said another run. i responded too late to an email of theirs - they had "found" a sandstone work from the discounted run but by the time i checked my email it was already sold . they said that they were starting a list of girls interested in another production run of sandstone as it was such a popular color and i told them to definitely mark me down. just wondering if anyone had heard anything

I would happily change my bags contents, I love variation!!! I match everything to my outfit, but my collection is a bit small for the moment

Holy bag collection!!! I think even I would have trouble using ALL of those bags!!! But I'd sure love to try!!!

Definitely let T&D know what colors you want/are interested in, but be aware that nothing will go into production until after February.

Also, if you're really wanting a color and are willing to get a list going, let T&D know!! They're WAY more likely to run a color if they know there's already interest and if you're able to get the numbers together, that helps them out a lot!

As of this morning they had a sandstone GGH weekender left at the discounted price if you are interested.

dewy_blueeyes: that marc is supposed to be the marc by marc jacobs dr. q groovee patchwork satchel. this patchwork style is from fall/winter '07 i think? i'm not totally sure. he's been doing color/style variations of this bag for a few seasons now. anyway, i don't think it's good replica of it at all. shape looks off. plus once you see the real thing, and the leather, it's hard to accept anything less. to think i passed on it when it was on sale at barneys. kills me...

on the nbf wavelength... anyone ever had the tassels split on their bag? i would really like to split mine. i like the look and i think it looks more authentic that way. i'm scared if i try to do it myself i'll ruin them. i'm hoping it will just happen but it doesn't seem like it.

I just got my first NBF bag a couple of weeks ago and one of the tassles is already splitting. I find it kind of annoying but yes, it can be done!
