can someone help me clarifying hardwares in b-bag?
I am confuse is RH same as antique brass? or RH come is 2 version silverish color and antique brass color?
and do balenciaga make SILVER HARDWARE small version/regular version not the Giant Silver Hardware (GSH) version?
how about the GOLD HARDWARE in small/regular size version as suppose to the GGH version?

I want my vert deau in gold hardware but I want it small gold as suppose to GIANT gold look cuz the giant is sooo big I think the small one will make a nicer fit into the bag
please anyone help to clarify thanks

petit-glow: I think after 2007, balenciaga no longer made feet for the part time. But T&D will make the black pt ggh w/ feet, I already confirmed that.

Oh, and about the hardware.
Bal makes the regular hardware, which is antique brass, and gold and silver giant hardware.
They have never made small hardware that is gold, but in 2003 or something like that, they had silver-colored regular sized hardware that people call "pewter". But...I don't think T&D have ever made pewter hardware...I don't think.

balenciaga had several hw.
flat brass, raised silver-pewter (these 2 discontinued by 04), raised brass (which is called regular hw until now), raised shiny silver only for the special metallic collection in 05 and crystal hw some pony bags- other than that, they dont make it anymore. they had GOLD giant hw, no small gold hw ever made (this hw also discontinue after 07), silver giant hw, and covered small hw, covered Giant hw.

to conclude, only small raised brass = RH and Giant silver are permanent (as of now)

about the feet on PT, after 07, balenciaga dont make feet for PT anymore, which the mirror doesnt come with the little pocket.
so if you want the PT w feet, the mirror should have pocket.

@ minxvixen: You know how Balenciaga made all their bags before mid-2007 or early 2008 in goatskin, and then switched to lambskin? T&D also make their bags either from goat or lambskin, but their leather choice does not necessarily match the Balenciaga leather choice in each individual color. For example, the Mogano (dark brown) that they currently have on their ioffer site is made of lambskin. But Balenciaga made Mogano in 2007 with goatskin.

First-time thread poster

Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been watching this thread since the summertime and became a member a few months ago but this is my first post to this thread. I have been buying from Jacky since probably early 2004. It was when I was searching for his new site that I came across this forum. All these years and I thought Jacky was my little secret!! It has been frustrating though that he has changed the URL so many times in the last year. Now about my bags. I have a good mixture of rep & auth bags, but since this is the rep thread, we'll stick to those. First rep purchase ever was this COACH signature duffle from....gosh can hardly remember BagDepot or something like that. It was also before I realized that COACH wasn't even expensive anyways and would now never consider a replica. Anyhoo... that bag was absolutely AWFUL!! It is such an embarrassment I will have to post pictures of it in the "Thread of Shame". Second try was from maybe triple a replicas or something. Nice bags but expensive. Got a GUCCI Guccissima Messenger in Chocolate and a LV Epi Pont-Neuf. Funny thing was after discovering Jacky's site, I noticed some of the pictures were the same. So I figured, get rid of the middle-man and go straight to China. I have never had any negative experiences with him, nor have I ever had any defective bags. I will post photos of the following bags in the pictures thread this weekend (when I figure it all out). Wish me luck. <-- my first smiley ever!

this isn't exactly true...
giant gold hardware was discontinued with the pre-spring 09 collection...
so all of the new colors (like mandarin, sanguine, etc.) will come in regular, giant covered and giant silver hardware only...

i got this bottega for my mom (fer first and only rep- throw around bag) from Jacky last summer ...
the leather is VERY soft and the bag is all slouchy. the inside magnetic closure felt off after several used though...

Cloudyblue where u get this from? I am trying to find a good one, and is the leather SOFT (bend-able easily)? I tried fabaaa b4 only for eugine wallet it was good but I am too afraid of LV big bags, cuz I am afraid their patina leather is too white compare to the original

petit-glow: I got it from aftrustsell - ioffer. It's soft and bendable easily..i think most of the patina leather of reps bag come in white..but if you give some oil, it'll turn nice. I put baby oil on it and it start looking like the original one. I was goin for fabaaa at first, but from her pic, the LV letters on the edge a bit covered by the gold hardware..But you should ask her, maybe it's changed now..Babybluestar got her speedy from fabaaa too and she's happy, you could ask her for details..

Yep, some of her bbags look too good, I think her zips are not "lampo", but colors and leather are...And at least she know which of her bag is sheep and witch is goat skin(sheep skin are more expencive).I saw in her feedback customers who bought bbags from T&D bought from her too, so hope someone who bought from marcia0515 is here to tell me more about her bbags
