Thought you guys might enjoy this: I was perusing flickr.com for some inspiration on my next school bag and I found this guy's set of photos. It seems that he or someone close to him auctions authentic Hermes and Chanel bags on eBay and Yahoo. The pictures are beautiful and they're great for referencing authentic detail such as threading, handles, and ESPECIALLY color...

I looked through his photos and I found some Chanel colors that I've never seen before. They're gorgeous. I know that T&D will produce a batch for a Balenciaga color that he doesn't have any in stock but will Catty or Jacky do that with a Chanel?

i received my mandarine part-time with regular hardware from t&d today. it's a very pretty color and i love the size. the leather wasn't quite what i was expecting, but i'm hopeful it will soften up and lose shine with ample use. (i think this is how i felt with my other bags, but i can't remember, haha. my sandstone is still shiny though. perhaps i shouldn't complain if i'm too lazy to buy and use applecare.) like others, i have noticeable stains on my bag upon inspection. frankly, i doubt anyone will notice other than myself, but for those who like to keep their bags pristine or were planning to give this as a gift, i could definitely see it being a problem. there's a few speckles here and there but a noticeable spot as well. i will mention it to them.

i sort of wish i had picked up the electric blue city...i look forward to seeing what else they come up with, t&d are a color-lovers best friend

oh, and i have also been emailing jacky a bit regarding the chanel XL/jumbo/maxi/etc. differentiation, but as i was out of town & now it's the holiday there i'm wondering - has anyone received further updates? i tried to catch up on the past 10 or so pages but i'm not sure if i missed anything important regarding production thank you, ladies.

i ordered some charms with Jacky, and i really RECOMMENd them...they are SUPER high quality.
the vernis case is my first vernis ever, and I LOVE it. this wont be my last.
the handles on my WE is very long, almost 3" longer than it is supposed to be...and it began to stretch...which make it even LONGER....
im sad because i love it so much and i almost dont want to use it---
