I am dying to see correct MC speedy-especially the tag. Also want to see what oiled up patina looks like (I'm so old school and afraid I'll mess mine up so I patina the painstakingly slow, old fashioned way-lol).

did you guys mean the bell shaped tag with the Louis Vuitton made in france written on it or where the 30 is stamped? i dont really bother with the bell shaped tag, i can live without it..

LOL I would not call NBF bags limited edition.. if you can get enough girls for a colour they'll get the leather, it's as simple as that. The only problem is getting their factory to match colours, but it appears to get done for pretty much every colour except the Turq.

As for the MC speedy I've heard great things about Fabaa's one..

Hey you guys! I've been reading this thread for ages, but this is my first post. I've decided to buy my first rep ever and I have my eyes on the Nightingale. From what I understand Jacky has the best one, right?

I've managed to figure out the info on most of the sellers that you guys regularly talk about, and I have found a site that I believe is made by Jacky. But the site that I have found looks VERY dated and has only 6 different styles (Luella, LV, Balenciaga..) - and no Nightingale. Am I on the right site? Thanks in advance to anyone who might reply

Sorry but you won't be able to find the Saskia as it is from last year and even then wasn't widely replicated. Jacky had a batch of satchels and Catty carried both styles.

Even if you happened to see it, I would advice against ordering it because either the seller would tell you it wasn't in stock after sending money or they bag would be one of the poorly replicated first generation bags that had been hanging around the discount bins for more than a year.

I haven't found either to be better or worse for Damier. I generally order from the most convenient supplier at the time or the cheapest.

kimair: I would go with Catty. The Damier wallet (from Catty) socali got for her hubby was SO good that they actually posted it on tpf and flipped out about how good it is and how you can't tell its fake!!

misspisc: I would 100% recommend Jacky's Nightingale. A member here who's familiar with every detail of the 'gale helped Jacky create the perfect rep. Catty's still has a few flaws and the leather on her's isn't as good as Jacky's. PM me if you need to.

^that's not right, that same member that sent Jacky the info also said that Catty's was just as perfect and so was Shaly's.

Haven't ordered the graphite yet, but I have a ribeira from jacky and neverfull from catty (i believe both are posted in the pic thread here) and both are 99% perfect. I've compared to my authentic damier and there's no difference.

For those who have the Nightingale, do you carry it on the shoulder with the big stap thingy or do you use the smaller handles? Just wondering if the large strap makes the bag hang weird???
