to be honest, now I'm apprehensive...I'm not use to big bold prints like that. I didnt get that impression of the dress when I saw the picture Satine sent me. this should be very interesting to see it IRL.

^ hmmm, I'm worried for you that the dress in the window display is the dress you ordered ... even though the Etoile line often has very similar items to the main line, it's not usually *that* similar. But there could be several versions of the dress? I don't know ... I understand what you mean, the print is very bold, especially as an all over print on a dress.

the print is bold, but the dress is quite slight--i.e., it's almost like a top. something solid on the bottom would balance it just fine, no?
i like it--it has a gypsy vibe.

when I saw the pdf for the first time, I wanted to buy everything! I had to force myself to calm down. Agreed, the blue is so nice! I can't wait to see pictures of your purchases Lucky!

agreed soft, this thread is torture. so many cute things that are always unavailable, either b/c they are sold out or b/c no one ordered them.

Worthwhile also sent out an email saying they received Etoile Isabel Marant but won't be featuring any of the items on their website. I wonder if this is helena's dress? src, shopworthwhile.com via their email

edit: nevermind, just saw that she wrote she got the dress version of the blousy top.

I am thankfully not feeling tortured at all, but I do adore that indigo blue. The third blue look lucky posted--tunic with the open collar and pockets--is probably my favorite thing so far. I like the way it's styled with the belt too...i'm preferring that to smocks or baby-doll.
