^ a lot of love for that top, it seems. I still don't know about the shoulder, it's the kind of thing that I'd have to try on to know for sure ... it can be so deceptive to see things just on a model.

that was my top pick too. tourist, you must have good shoulders ...that look reminds of strength, the top a piece of armor only in soft black cotton.

it does remind me of armour..
sort of ancient japanese warrior somehow...

i think i like it because i DON'T have good shoulders......
and this will give me the illusion that i do..
i have a similar top from balenciaga from ages ago that seems to come back into rotation regularly because there is something just so cool about it..
*i've never worn it belted and someone recently suggested that i do..
and lo and behold...it would create almost the same look!

Did any of you saw this dress in store? I'm going to Paris soon and I was hoping I could buy it. It's so pretty.

They are waiting for it to arrive at matchesfashion.com because it's in their look book but it would be better if i could buy it in Paris, the mark up in the UK is just stupid. And I guess they got the price of the dress wrong and they are referring to the tunic.

Les Sucettes, I saw that dress today at the boutique in the rue Saintonge. Apparently, they just had received it.
It's so so pretty!
A young woman was trying it in blue as a tunic over her jeans.

I resisted from trying it and just picked what I came for: the boots and the scarf. Tada!

there are a few things up on the shopbird website.

i really love the plaid top in japanese linen. but i really shouldn't be buying anything right now. her spring/summer pieces are sooooo tempting, though.

they had a tan-colored dropwaist dress in the same plaid pattern, but it seems to be sold out now. things seem to be selling out really quickly.

I've been on a shopping ban, well sort of... but I broke down when I saw this posted on bird's website.
I love the ikat paisley in these colors......
this is a fantastic season for IM buys, so far...2 dresses, 3 tops and a scarf.

dentro...are you kidding , keep sorting it out if that's what you come up with . nice, really nice ideas, both outfits...but the rolled up jeans and those white shoes with the scarf is an appealing mix, very IM to me. those white shoes are the perfect accompaniment...with the skinny jean I get the impression of long legs. It will be interesting to see what softgrey does with it as well . the second look reminds me of susiebubble, she plays with color blocking quite a bit and colored tights...so cute and not easy to do well, so congrats.

mind if I ask if the white shoes are still available, obviously my shopping ban is tenuous at best. B)

It's a bit strange, as Yoox has the brand under both O.X.S. and OXS . . . but I guess mis-categorization is pretty common with Yoox.

I never would have imagined what that top looks like on the body, but I guess that's true with many of her pieces.
